Refund and Returns Policy for QuoloCrypto

At QuoloCrypto, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item was received damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
